Planning & Event Execution I played a key role in the planning and execution of the Big Starts Bright Lights Youth Football Camp, a premier youth football event featuring elite athletes. In the lead-up to the camp, I was deeply involved in operations planning, coordinating with staff and coaches to establish the flow and feel of the day, and ensuring all elements were aligned for a seamless experience. On the day of the camp, I led the emceeing and run-of-show, managing timing, transitions, and engagement with both athletes and participants. I also oversaw logistics and supported content creation, capturing key moments throughout the event. The camp featured a roster of standout athletes, including Saquon Barkley, Sterling Shepard, Daniel Jones, Tae Crowder, and Cam Brown, among others, providing young athletes with the opportunity to learn from and interact with professional players. Through this role, I combined hands-on operational leadership, event coordination, and live engagement to deliver an impactful, memorable experience for participants and partners alike. .
