Event Curator & Coordinator Pilsener Haus Biergarten | July 28, 2022 As the curator and lead coordinator for The Pilsener Haus Paw-Pawty, I conceptualized and executed a one-of-a-kind dog-friendly summer event that blended community engagement, experiential marketing, and hospitality. Designed as a pool party for pups and their people, the event offered a vibrant, interactive atmosphere that aligned with the venue’s brand while tapping into Hoboken’s active pet-loving community. From initial concept development to day-of execution, I oversaw the full event lifecycle. This included managing creative direction, coordinating logistics, staffing, scheduling, and on-site operations. I secured sponsorships from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and High Noon, integrating each brand into the guest experience through custom activations and sampling opportunities. I also sourced and collaborated with local pet-centric vendors to elevate the event’s offerings — including treats, toys, grooming, and merchandise. I was responsible for budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring strategic allocation for venue usage, event staff, branded materials, marketing efforts, and pet-safe amenities such as pools, cooling stations, and sanitation areas. The event drew a large crowd of local dog owners and families, generated social media buzz, and strengthened the Pilsener Haus’s position as a community-driven venue. Most importantly, it delivered a memorable, Instagram-worthy experience that resonated with both guests and sponsors — laying the groundwork for a loyal audience base and future themed events.
