Saquon Barkley Penn State Camp

JUNE 22, 2024 - STATE COLLEGE PA Event Coordinator & Emcee For the Saquon Barkley Youth Football Camp in State College, PA, I took on a key leadership role in executing the event from start to finish. I handled the coordination of all logistics, including designing the camp schedule and the run-of-show, while also leading the recruitment of coaches and volunteers to support the day’s activities. I partnered with local schools, businesses, and organizations to foster engagement, secure sponsorships, and ensure a strong turnout from the community. Additionally, I worked closely with local authorities to ensure all necessary permits were acquired and that everything was fully compliant with local regulations. Serving as emcee for the camp, I brought energy and enthusiasm to the event, engaging with the crowd and setting a high-spirited tone for the day. The camp also featured notable guests like Penn State Head Coach James Franklin and current running backs Nick Singleton, Cam Wallace, and Kaytron L. Allen, making it an even more special event. My role combined logistics, community outreach, and live event management, and I was proud to contribute to such a memorable occasion marking Saquon’s return to his alma mater.
