Event Support | Sponsor & Guest Relations | Content Management As part of the operations team for the Welcome Party ahead of the Pitt vs. Penn State Alumni Charity Golf Outing, I contributed to the successful execution of a high-profile kickoff event featuring NFL athletes, coaches, and alumni from both programs. The evening set the tone for the weekend and brought together sponsors, VIPs, and guests in a celebratory and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities & Contributions: * Team-Based Event Execution: Worked alongside the event planning team to support the execution of key components throughout the night, including guest check-in, vendor coordination, and general logistics. * Client & Sponsor Interaction: Engaged directly with event sponsors, partners, and attendees — helping ensure their needs were met, answering questions, and contributing to a welcoming and high-end environment. * Content Management Support: Assisted in capturing media and behind-the-scenes content during the event, helping document key moments for social media and post-event storytelling. * Athlete & VIP Hospitality: Supported the overall guest experience by helping manage traffic flow around the venue and providing assistance to athletes, media personnel, and organizers as needed.
