Co-Producer & Strategic Partnership Coordinator 
 Community Event & Product Launch As Co-Producer of the Nick Gates Youth Football Camp, I worked hand-in-hand with my event partner to plan, organize, and execute a dynamic community sports event centered around mentorship, athletic development, and brand engagement. This high-energy, youth-focused activation brought together NFL player Nick Gates and teammate Jack Anderson to inspire and coach local athletes, while also serving as a platform to introduce a new tech partner to our market. In close collaboration, my co-producer and I shared responsibility across all aspects of the event—balancing logistics, creative planning, and day-of operations to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for both the athletes and participating brands. I took a leading role in incorporating a new partnership with Trophycase, an emerging sports app that allows young athletes to build and showcase their digital athletic profiles. Key contributions included: * End-to-end event co-management, including site logistics, staffing, equipment coordination, athlete registration, and on-site programming * Brand partnership integration, where I led the activation strategy for Trophycase, leveraging the camp as a live, interactive launch point for their product in this regional market * Product demonstration support, helping attendees and their families engage with the app in real-time and understand its value for athlete development * Collaborative leadership, working closely with my event partner to ensure a unified vision, clear communication with vendors and stakeholders, and a smooth event experience from start to finish. The event successfully blended community engagement with strategic brand activation—providing over [insert number] youth athletes with an unforgettable day of coaching and inspiration, while introducing Trophycase to a highly relevant audience.
